Welcome to Wolcott Outdoor Services! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including land clearing, property maintenance, and other outdoor services (the “Services”). By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Wolcott Outdoor Services specializes in land clearing, terrain mowing, HOA maintenance, mulching, property restoration, and scheduled maintenance programs. Our services are available in Jamestown, Crossville, Cookville, and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the requested service is outside our expertise.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Payments


2.1 Estimates

  • All estimates provided are non-binding and based on the information available at the time.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions at the time of service.

2.2 Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept credit cards, checks, cash

2.3 Deposits & Refunds

  • A percentage-based deposit may be required for large projects.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by Wolcott Outdoor Services.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling


3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed but must be done at least 48 hours before the service date.

3.2 Service Delays

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or delay services due to weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or equipment availability.
  • Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of rescheduling.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the service area.
  • We are not responsible for obstacles such as underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or unmarked hazards.
  • Any permits, approvals, or regulatory requirements for clearing land are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Liability & Property Damage

  • While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Wolcott Outdoor Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, underground structures, or hidden obstacles.
  • Customers must disclose any known hazards on their property before service begins.
  • Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.


6. Warranties & Guarantees

  • All services are performed with professional care and industry standards.
  • We do not guarantee that cleared land will remain free of vegetation indefinitely. Overgrowth will return naturally without continued maintenance.
  • If an issue arises with our service, customers must notify us within [X days] for review.


7. Use of Customer Media

  • By using our services, you grant Wolcott Outdoor Services permission to take before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing and documentation purposes.
  • If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used in marketing, please notify us in writing before service begins.
