Custom Fiberglass Flagpoles, Built to Your Specs

Zeus™ has been building custom fiberglass poles since 1964. Antenna poles for NASA’s Merlin Project. HAMM radio installations. Radome structures with spoilers. If Zeus has the right mandrel for the job, they can craft it, and Wolcott Outdoor Services handles the installation on-site across Tennessee and Kentucky.

BAA and BABA compliance documentation is provided project-specific when required for government-funded work. Custom colors are matched to your RAL number or Sherwin Williams specification. And every custom build carries the same lifetime warranty as the standard product lines.

When Off-the-Shelf Falls Short

Standard flagpole catalogs can’t help when you need:

  • A height or diameter outside standard production specs
  • A mounting configuration that doesn’t match ground-set, anchor, hinge, wall, or outrigger options
  • An application beyond flagpoles – antenna support, radome housing, or specialty structural poles
  • BAA/BABA-compliant documentation for federally funded projects
What kind of custom projects has Zeus completed?
Antenna poles for NASA’s Merlin Project, HAMM radio antenna installations, radome poles with spoilers, and custom-designed replica poles. If the project requires a fiberglass pole built to specific dimensions and the right mandrel exists, Zeus can fabricate it.
How does the custom quote process work?
Start with a consultation. Tell us the specs — height, diameter, mounting, application, and any compliance requirements. We send the details to Zeus’s facility in New Hampshire. If they can build it, you get a detailed quote with timeline. If they can’t, they’ll tell us straight and we’ll work with you on alternatives.
Are custom poles BAA/BABA compliant?
Yes. Zeus provides project-specific BAA and BABA compliance letters for government-funded projects. This documentation is generated per project when required — let us know at the quote stage if your project needs it.
What about custom colors?
Zeus offers custom color matching beyond the five standard options. You’ll need to provide an approved color chip, RAL number, or Sherwin Williams color name and number. There’s a color match fee and extended lead time involved, but the result is an exact finish match to your specification.
Does the lifetime warranty apply to custom builds?
Yes. Custom poles carry the same lifetime warranty as every standard Zeus™ series. The warranty terms don’t change based on the build – 60+ years of manufacturing experience backs every pole that leaves the Fitzwilliam facility.

"CT Flagpoles providing a beautiful Zeus Flagpole and wonderful installation… I never met a man more passionate about his craft than Henry! He drilled and jackhammered ledge to put the pole exactly where we wanted it. He is amazing!"

"The two black 25' Flagpoles recently installed in West Chester look so 1000% better than the sectional poles they were using. They are planning on having a flag dedication soon."

"Steps from the water on Winnipesaukee. Pretty sweet! The customer really likes it."

"I wanted to share a great experience we had with Matt and his team. We had 10 large trees close to home . We were concerned they could damage our home with the winds we get here. Matt and his team had climbers clim the trees to cut the large high limbs to ensure there was no damage to our home. Everything was planned and managed to perfection. I highly recomend Matt and his team to any one looking for Land Clearing, Excavation, Driveways, trenching, brush Mowing and Drainage"

They went above and beyond to make sure to have the right equipment for the job, and followed through with a great result despite some challenges with the project. We'll be using them again and highly recommend them."
